- Ensure a good analysis and controlling of reported content by users.

-Be responsible for evaluating online content in conjunction with client policy

- Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review

- Participate in client meetings to discuss findings and make on-going recommendations

- Detect and report specific grey areas or discrepancies
