Poste proposé : Inside Sales Manager

We are recruiting for one of our clients an inside sales manager :

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • within a geographic area responsible for promoting and selling product(s), services, parts, within the assigned territory of North Africa and Francophone countries . 
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  • Understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for market, sales process or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at solutions.
  • Is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
  •  knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups are big pluses. Requires commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their assigned territory
  •  Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends standard methodologies to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work. build long term relationships and build value based pipeline.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Inside Sales Manager
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Sales / Commercial experience
  • Experience in Electrical Machinery/Power Electronics /Rotating machine segment is a plus
  • Fluent in French / English .
  • Should have demonstrated problem solving abilities, Program/ Project Management
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.
