Guarding Director

The Guarding Director oversees the delivery of high-quality contractual and ad-hoc security services to the company's clients in accordance with the company's legislation, policies, processes, and procedures, aiming to achieve budgeted financial goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Providing your expertise in safety and security to company employees

2. Playing a crucial role in ensuring the success and continuous growth of our Human Security department

3. Supervising branch managers and monitoring the performance of each region

4. Ensuring the achievement of objectives, whether related to results, quality, deadlines, or customer satisfaction

5. Maintaining and expanding the client portfolio while supporting the business development of various branches

6. Ensuring compliance with administrative and budgetary guidelines within the regions

7. Maintaining proactive communication with strategic client accounts on a daily basis

8. Ensuring adherence to procedures and standards within the organization

9. Leading the implementation of human and technical resources required for contract execution

10. Participating in the development of tenders relevant to your sector

11. Analyzing and monitoring the activity's financial statements

12. Anticipating market developments and implementing appropriate operational and business strategies

13. Applying and enforcing general and specific safety instructions

14. Providing comprehensive reporting of your results to the General Management

15. Ensuring effective team management, team spirit, and communication.

Qualifications:

• You should have a higher education degree (Bac+5) and at least 10 years of experience in operations management with a substantial workforce, preferably in the Security and Guarding sector or a similar field
• As a hands-on manager, you should be proficient in both written and spoken Arabic, French and English, organized, autonomous, capable of taking a strategic perspective, results-oriented, and a team player
• Leadership, rigor, professionalism, stress management, reactivity, and the ability to think innovatively and creatively are the qualities necessary for success in this role.
